Online Toyota Service Menus

  • Imagine having total control over your service menus and never have to design a menu for your dealership or pay a printer again.
  • Total yearly cost for your dealership is $825 (if you already use the Warranty Time Guide the cost is $500) ,no hidden fees or chemicals to purchase to get the low rate. Like the Warranty Time Guide, I don't think something that works this well and is this easy to use, needs to be expensive. The reality is you are doing all the work, Service Menu companies only provide a shell to hold your information (that you painfully entered) and server place to store it for your online use. I always wondered why the others charge such a high monthly or yearly fee to watch you work, oh well I may not get rich but I've been where you are and know how expenses affect profit.
  • There are other fine Service Menu companies to choose from, some have more features than mine. The difference is the cost and ease of use. Your set-up time will less painful with my system and I help with the repetitive data entry. If you need to change something, within reason, no problem we make it happen without a charge. If you have a problem you get the owner on the phone when you call, so problems are fixed, not put into a stack to be done later. I have over 500 Toyota/Lexus dealers using the famous Warranty Coding Program so we know how to solve problems quickly if they arise.
  • The Service Menu is totally open to your edits. You can add or change the menu's content to meet your dealership needs whenever a change or addition is needed. Say you would like to add a service to all your 5K's, you could give me a call and say "can you add" and it's done. You can also do that yourself but why, we are here to help. This is just a reminder that you have total control without waiting for the the program host to make the changes on your menus. New features are coming to make it the easiest Menu system to administer.
  • You can try the Service Menus on you own without an obligation. Just Register to use the application. I suggest you give me a call to help you get set-up and approved. It sounds a little involved but it's not, and you won't be constantly called by me to see how you are doing. Sometimes getting a Menu set-up takes time, I know after 30+ years of doing them the old way how much it takes, but the beauty of the Online Menu's is that you only do it once. When you register to use the Menu application it comes pre loaded with all the vehicles and their Scheduled Factory Maintenance included. I have added some prices and up-sell options, sort of a Hometown Toyota to get you started. You can change anything, you can't break it, I mean really give it a test and if you do want to get our Menu application (for real) we can be a great help in getting you set up so I encourage all my customers to use us.
  • When you want to try the Service Menus I send you a 5 page user manual, that's how user friendly the application really is. The goal of my programs, they should work the way you think.
